Acupressure and Acupuncture
Acupuncture is particularly effective in treating insomnia. Many people report immediate improvements in their sleeping habits. With acupuncture, the sensation of sleep comes easily, lasts without interruption, and is deeper and more refreshing.
Here are some recommended acupuncture/acupressure points for sleep.
Touch back first. Start pressing or Moxa on these stiff points:
HT 7, K 3, SP 6, PC 6.
If person is tired, anemic, add: UB 20, UB 15, UB 17 and Moxa SP 1.
For anxious, angry, and nervous person, add: UB 18, UB 19, GB 12.
For those with digestion disorders, add: ST 36, UB 21.
